Beloved grandmother of 13. 

Cherished great grandmother of 21. 

Sister of Howard E. Neff and David Neff.

Visitation Monday, February 23rd from 3-8PM at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, PA 15116. 

Blessing Service Tuesday the 24th at 10 AM at the funeral home.
